Refund Policy

This Refund Policy governs requests for refunds of fees paid for BrickDegree Education Private Limited, in accordance with applicable Indian laws (including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019). By enrolling in any BrickDegree course, you agree to the terms below.

1) Applicability

This policy applies to all BrickDegree programs consisting of:

  • Live Sessions (instructor-led online classes)
  • Recorded Lectures
  • Live Q&A Sessions

Access to course content is granted for a period of two (2) years from the date of enrollment.


2) Refund Window

You may request a full refund of your course fees within seven (7) calendar days of the date of Enroll.


3) Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, you must satisfy all of the following within the first seven days after purchase:

a) Live Class Attendance

  • You must have attended at least seven (7) live-session days in total.
  • If you have not attended any live sessions by the end of Day 7, you will not be eligible for a refund.

b) Access to Recorded Content

  • Accessing recorded lectures does not, by itself, confer a refund right; attendance requirement applies.

c) No Downloadable Materials

  • All course materials remain the exclusive copyright of BrickDegree. No downloadable content is provided.

Refunds will be denied if you have:

  • Accessed more than seven live sessions and then request a refund.
  • Downloaded proprietary materials in violation of our Terms of Use (where applicable).


4) How to Request a Refund

a) Submit Your Request

  • Send an Email at [support@brickdegree.com]
  • Complete the “Refund Request” form, providing your order number, date of purchase, and reason for refund.

b) Deadline

  • All refund requests must be submitted no later than the end of Day 7 after Enrollment


    5) Refund Processing

    • Upon approval, refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) calendar days of the request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • BrickDegree does not deduct any payment gateway or administrative fees; you will receive the full course fee back.


    6) Exceptions & Denials

    Refund requests will be denied if any of the following apply:

    • Request submitted after the 7-day refund window.
    • Failure to meet the live-attendance requirement.
    • Evidence of unauthorized distribution or download of copyrighted materials.
